Most frequent questions and answers

While we do not directly accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement which includes the necessary coding as required by most insurances. We are considered an out-of-network provider so you will want to check with your insurance company to see what your policy will cover.

We are happy to work with the individual, church or organization that is covering your counseling costs and will bill them directly after receiving approval from them.  We regularly work with non-profit organizations and churches who are providing financial assistance to individuals. Just send me an email and we will get the ball rolling.

I prefer to do what I call “live intake” in the counseling office together during your first session which means there are no long exhausting forms to fill out ahead of time; however, if you would prefer to fill out paperwork, I am happy to send you a form to do so. Your appointment confirmation email will include an informed consent agreement which I will ask you to review and sign. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about that agreement before or during our session.
